Vintage pair of bookends 'Strumenti musicali' (Musical instruments) by Piero Fornasetti, Milano, Italy, 1950-1960. These are original and not a reissued version.
Black lacquered and folded metal, decorated with black/white screen prints. Marked with the golden Fornasetti label on the red vilt underside. One is a little bit paler than the other due to the sun and time. Large rare version.
