Lounge chair, model no. PK22 by Poul Kjaerholm for Ejvind Kold Christensen, Hellerup, Denmark.
Chrome-plated spring steel EKC frame with a New Old Stock EKC canvas cover. Marked.
This original canvas cover was bought as a spare part in 1963 (at Matser Furniture in Wageningen). The cover has always been preserved and is now used as a replacement for the old one. This canvas is rougher and more natural than the current canvas. Including a new original inner cover.
At the bottomside (see last picture), there is a light water stain but the cover is unused and perfect.
Dimension: height 28.0 in. (71 cm), width 24.8 in. (63 cm), depth 26.3 in. (67 cm), seat height 13.8 inches (35 cm).

  • Excellent, at the bottomside (see last picture), there is a light water stain but the cover is unused and perfect. Steel has somewear consistent with age and use but is beautiful.
