Rare blue pendant by Stilnovo Italy Milano. Brass with original beautiful blue lacquered shade. Marked. Period1950-1959. 
 
Wear consistent with age and use. Minor dent inside the edge and some lost of paint bottom (see last picture).
 
One bulb E27/E26 of max 60 watt, the electricity is used but in a good condition, approved to European standards. Works in the USA.
